Trattoria Oliveto is a family owned and operated restaurant which takes pride in providing a one of a kind dining experience. After you enter, you will be immersed in the flavors and cuisine which originates from the olive vineyards and the countryside of the Mediterranean served with exceptional service. We have a myriad of experience in making deliciousness happen dating back to 1987 when Chef Reggie first started. Since then, he has made it his mission to share authentic Italian and Southern European cuisine with you.

Many wonder what ingredient is used to cook almost every meal. Well, the answer is clear and simple, “Olive Oil” which serves as the etymological origin for the name “trattoria Oliveto”. Our family manufactured olive oil in Europe. Chef Reggie and his father owned and operated an olive oil factory which evoked his passion for food. From there, he brought his passion to the United States to pursue the American Dream by sharing his culinary love to Staten Island and the rest of New York City.
